What to do when Instant exchanges stall, how references help support, and when not to re-send funds.

Start with the public reference

Every Instant exchange has a public tracking reference. Open Track with that reference to see live status. Do not invent a second deposit unless guidance explicitly says the prior deposit was refunded or expired without receipt.

Common delay causes

• Source-chain congestion and unconfirmed deposits
• Underpayment or overpayment versus the quoted amount
• Missing memo/tag on networks that require it
• Processing backlog after deposit confirmation
• Expired fixed-rate windows

Recovery mindset

Save deposit tx hash, reference ID, and screenshots of deposit details. Contact support with those facts. Re-sending “to speed things up” often creates a second unmatched deposit.
