• I sent funds but status is still waiting — Network confirmation can take time. Open Track with your reference. Do not send a second deposit unless support confirms it.
• Wrong network or missing memo — Recovery is not always possible. Contact support with reference + deposit tx hash. Never share seed phrases.
• Do you ever ask for KYC? — Most Instant swaps start without an account. We may request verification if compliance review is triggered — see AML/KYC.
